MARGATE’S holiday atmosphere began earlier than usual when 170 honeymoon couples arrived there this week. The couples are mainly tax-dodgers who have planned their weddings to coincide with the end of the financial year. Asked if any special arrangements were made for the couples, Margate publicity manager. Mr. P. M. Bedford, said: “No, they amuse themselves!”
