Ramsgate Town Council are preparing a schedule of iron and steel railings, gates, posts, chains, bollards and similar articles in the Borough in connection with scheme for their collection and disposal by the Ministry of Supply. Any owner of railings who is of opinion that his railings are of special artistic merit or of historic interest and that they ought not be scheduled for removal must lodge an appeal against their inclusion in the schedule on or before the 9th October.
