A Canterbury doctor was surprised to find a patient asleep in the waiting room as he opened his surgery early in the morning. The man was the last of many waiting to see the doctor the previous night and had dozed off. The doctor, getting no response from his ” Next Please” light assumed there was nobody else to see him, and accordingly locked up.
