A lady cyclist named Miss Strafford, of Walmer, accomplished the daring feat of riding her machine over the Goodwin Sands. The lady and her machine were rowed out, and mounting the cycle she made circuit of the sands, the principal difficulty being avoidance of the great amount of wreckage.
