Ladies from Ruckinge, Hamstreet and Woodchurch WI had a smashing day out to Eastbourne. One tripper fell over her front step, cutting her leg before the outing had started. Another took a tumble down the steps of a restaurant. Two more, who had visited friends in the town, were involved in a car accident while being driven back to the coach.
