Albin Lambert, 25, porter, in the employ of the London, Chatham, and Dover Railway Company at Sheerness, was charged with stealing one bar of soap, value ls., the property of the above company, and Richard Burnett, 32, porter, in the employ of the same company, was charged with receiving the same, well knowing it to have been stolen. Both prisoners were sentenced to three months’ hard labour.
