Four 18 year old drunken miners chose the wrong “ticket holders only” dance to gatecrash at the Astor Theatre, Deal. After demanding entry and becoming physically and verbally abusive, the four were promptly arrested, later finding out the dance was a police ball. They were fined £2 with 3s. 9d. costs for being drunk and disorderly.
