Restrictions of the normal postal services necessitated by war conditions come into operation today. At Ramsgate and Broadstairs there will be only two deliveries daily commencing at 7 a.m. and 2.45 p.m., and four collections will he made from the town posting boxes at 8.30 a.m., 12.30, 4.0 and 7.30 p.m.
