Folkestone greengrocer Henry Bull (66), who for 12 years has been bathing in the sea every day, has exceptionally been granted a permit by the military authorities to bathe on a portion of beach befor 8.30. He had previously cycled to Sandgate after a 12 hour shift as air raid warden.
