The Rev. Gordon Pallet, vicar of St. Andrew’s, Buckland, Dover, tired of parked cars blocking the lane to his church and disrupting funeral and wedding processions, has persuaded the town’s Works Committee that the lane should be a No Waiting area – except on Sundays.
