500 Thanet Scouts held a 3 day “Focus on Scouting” event at Margate College grounds. Two Scouters on overnight caretaking duty had to contend with gales threatening the tents, and several youngsters in Teddy Boy suits attempting to invade the ground to cause annoyance.
