A frantic mother searched roads and river banks near her hime in St. Radigund’s-st., Canterbury for her missing three-year-old son. He had climbed out of the front room window, walked through Canterbury’s main streets, boarded a number 18 bus at St. George’s Gate — and got off at the seaside.
